A little room to change your mind
If an in-stock piece isn’t right for you, request a return within 14 days of delivery. This includes a change of mind or a size you selected that doesn’t fit.
To qualify, your return must include:
- An unused, unworn piece that has not been installed
- Its original sealed packaging
- All original components
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation
Opened, worn or installed pieces are not eligible for a personal-preference return. The 14-day limit does not restrict a covered manufacturing-defect claim.
An $18 processing fee and customer-paid return shipping apply to eligible personal-preference returns. Full details appear under Fees & refunds.
Received the wrong piece, or noticed a manufacturing defect? Send us your order number and clear photos so we can help. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty, with a replacement at no cost and return shipping covered.

For a confirmed defect, we provide a replacement at no cost. Photos or an inspection may be required, and return shipping for defective items is covered.
Accidental damage, improper installation, harsh chemicals and normal wear are not covered. Polish gently with a soft cloth and ask your piercer to help with installation.

Basic but cute! I have 6 of the 2 mm
A simple, solid stud. I got this in three sizes, the 1.5 mm is a nice low profile, the 2 mm maybe the sweet spot, with the 2.5 having a bit of a larger rise.
This was my first time ordering from Piercing Zone but I'll be back for sure. My order arrived on time and the 1.5mm CZ end was perfect for my nose piercing. The price was good and the Black Friday sale was even better!
